Shipping and Delivery Costs

Delivery Time

We always strive to deliver all orders as quickly as possible, but delivery times may vary depending on the specific product or shipping method. Cancellation
Products ordered from the online store are subject to a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, starting from the date of the order, unless otherwise stated in the product details.
Before canceling an order, the customer must contact our customer service to notify them of the cancellation and the impending return of the products. Returns can be made for all products in the order or just some of them. Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and free from defects.
The seller reserves the right to reduce the value of the product partially or entirely if the products have been used, have developed defects, the original packaging is lost, or the products are otherwise not in the condition they were sold to the customer.
Shipping costs will be refunded based on the price of the most economical shipping method.
Payment will be refunded in the same manner it was made. For example, if payment was made by card, the refund amount will be credited to the card. If this is not possible, another method for refunding the payment will be agreed upon.
